Herbs are very powerful and increasingly used by young and old. When taken correctly, they show no adverse side effects and have been traditionally used for medicinal purposes for thousands of years. This old wisdom is now becoming popular again and has proven useful and complementary to modern and conventional medicine.


Here are some of our favourite herbs:
