BE COOL. TEA FOR HOT WOMEN.
Females are hot but that doesn’t mean we have to be sweaty. Hormonal balance is what harmonizes our bodies, especially with menopausal symptoms. When you’re hot, BE COOL tea is your ice bucket in tea mug. Influencing estrogen, hops and lady’s mantle have been traditionally used to balance hormones. Sage and angelica’s root are integral to harmonize female titillation, like lowering the stove temperature and enhancing fig juiciness. And, adding in elecampane and peppermint creates an Alpine sensation of fresh, mountainous air. This tea cools you down by warming you up and reminds us all to be cool.
How To Use
Add 2 teaspoons per 200ml boiling water, add a lid to encapsulate the essential oils, leave to brew 8-12 minutes and then strain. Drink 2 cups daily for a period of 2-3 months. Take a break for 2-3 months and then start again. This gives your body a chance to self-regulate.
The tea can be used for drinking but also in a bath. Run the water at a very hot temperature and scoop a few teaspoons into the bath. This will steep the tea. After the bath fills a quarter to a half of the way, run cold water until you reach a comfortable temperature to bathe.
